Are You Our New Chef?
Are you a passionate chef who thrives in the kitchen? We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility for preparing and presenting dishes with care and precision. Under the guidance of our head chef or owner, you will deliver your best work, but you should also be capable of running the kitchen independently. You’ll collaborate with a fellow chef and, when necessary, oversee kitchen assistants.
You’ll work according to clear guidelines regarding ingredients, recipes, work methods, and presentation standards. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be working during the day, evenings, and weekends.
Your Responsibilities
- Washing, chopping, cooking, and mixing ingredients.
- Checking the quality of ingredients.
- Preparing, monitoring, and inspecting dishes.
- Portioning and garnishing dishes.
- Assigning tasks to and supervising kitchen assistants.
- Ensuring hygienic working practices.
- Planning tasks, managing supplies, and inspecting deliveries.
What We Offer
- Full-time position: 38 hours per week.
